Company comments: Daniel Watkins: "I loved the way the Player rode over the last three years. So, when it came to designing the Natural this year, I wanted the same basic feel from the new board. We went to town on designing the Natural, using the Player as a home base.
"I wanted this new board to rider faster but still pop like the Player did. So we made two major improvements from the Player design. We shortened the inside molded fins to make for less drag. Also, after months of testing and refining, we came up with the chevron design. This design is used on the bottom of race boats. It actually helps break the water off the tail of the board to make the board rider higher and faster in the water, making the board ride more like a continuous rocker board while keeping the same popping characteristics of a three-stage rocker board (best of both world).

"Then I wantred to make the board roll onto edge smoother, giving the board a more Natural ride. We did this by rolling the rails of the board all the way through to the cupped rails. Another advantage we found with doing this, is the board is far more durable for sliders.

"I loved the smooth landing on the Player, so we kept the same sweet double concave in the midddle of the board for those naturally smooth landings. It is the natural choice for '06."

Three-stage rocker - Large flat spot gives the board huge pop off the wake
Eight molded-in fins - Excellent tracking and stability
Angled center channels - Speeds the board up by decreasing drag
Cupped rails - Super strong edge hold
Elevated deck and grab rails - Gives the board strength, reduces weight and gives the rider something to grab.
